860000 €The project consists on the cration of a new floor on the whole building, it also consists on the drillings modification, on the creation of emergency exits, and finally on the modification of the delivery and shipping areas.
The chosen materials are in agreement with an « industrial » architecture, discreet and worried about the respect of the surrounding nature.
The accesses will be intended to welcome parking places, with turfed and standings surface.
